VFS SERIES SONICALLY WELDED 3-SIDED BINS*
HURST ‘slide-in’ bins eliminate the need for pick-and-place robots using four-sided bottle bins. HURST slide-in bins feature straight wall load-supporting sides, stacking to 40” high, and a unique multiple position rear divider used to snug loads minimizing bottle shifting and breakage.
Typically, all four sonically welded members of HURST bins are .125” FDA approved ABS. Rear, sides and bottom sections are ‘tray’ forms with wide structure- strengthening flanges. Flanges are welded together to insure maximum adhesion. Four bottom located cross ribs maximize deck support. Exterior buttresses provide eight-point suspension.
Once installed, HURST patented lock-in-place Gate and Gate Track prevent both compression and splaying of sides creating a superior strength five-sided bin. Gates are made from tough .25” clear acrylic and cannot dislodge under pressure.
