The HURST
TRAYLOADER is a unique new, simple and economical system of bottle
trayloading employing large diameter ( slow moving ) index wheels to receive
bottles from any source, sequentially pushing bottles slightly uphill into
an accumulating area to automatically collect into a gravity compressed
hexagonal pattern. Accumulated bottles are manually shuttled into either
of two removable telescoping trays.
The HURST TRAYLOADER handles a wide range of bottle sizes (2ml to 100ml)
at speeds to 420 bottles per minute. Changeover is fast and easy with each
bottle size requiring a matching drop-on index wheel.

HURST Patented (USA issued 2010) TrayLoaders feed vials as received from an in-line conveyor to accumulate in an area atop twin telescoping trays.
Vial size range: 2ml to 100ml
Speed: to 400 vials per minute
The small footprint ( 58.5” x 28.5” ) makes the HURST TrayLoader ideal for use when floor space is limited. |

The HURST TrayLoader features a unique resilient tooth index wheel which eliminates pinch points within the system. Vials travel in random groups around the Index Wheel to accumulate in staging areas atop dual telescoping trays.
A manually selectable diverter controls the flow of vials.
Optional controls include tower lamp signals for full tray notification and a daily total throughput count. |

One-piece UHMWPE transition plates transport vials from an in-line conveyor onto the TrayLoader. Separate transition plates are required for various size vials.
The HURST TrayLoader’s economic design essentially comprises two moving parts, making it easy to understand, use and service.
Drop-in-place change parts adapt the TrayLoader to process vials from 2ml to 100ml. |
