The HURST TRAYLOADER is a unique new, simple and economical system of bottle trayloading employing large diameter ( slow moving ) index wheels to receive bottles from any source, sequentially pushing bottles slightly uphill into an accumulating area to automatically collect into a gravity compressed hexagonal pattern. Accumulated bottles are manually shuttled into either of two removable telescoping trays.
TheHURST TRAYLOADER handles a wide range of bottle sizes (2ml to 100ml) at speeds to 420 bottles per minute. Changeover is fast and easy with each bottle size requiring a matching drop-on index wheel.

The fixed outer diameter of the index wheel track of the HURST TRAYLOADER is 17.125" allowing very slow speed rotation of full-pocketed index wheels. This results in high output with minimal bottle shock and noise.

• The HURST TRAYLOADER accumulation area's slight upward incline stabilizes top-heavy bottles to automatically collect in a gravity compressed hexagonal pattern.
• The HURST TRAYLOADER has a unique 'downed bottle' escapement capability with back-up emergency shut-down.
• The HURST TRAYLOADER can selectively regulate bottle flow direction into either right or left traying areas providing exact trayed bottle count. This optional feature is used in conjunction with a variably preset 'countdown' type counter.
• The HURST TRAYLOADER is designed to accommodate STAINLESS STEEL, PLASTIC , or CORRUGATED TRAYS.
