In Operation:
• Trayed vials are manually placed on
the rear deck of the machine
• The tray is withdrawn and vials slide
downward to nest in the index wheel.
• Vials exiting the index wheel are
corrected to a vertical axis.
The HURST automatic vial Tray UnLoader (Patented USA 2003) uses gravity to cascade bottles down a solid Teflon™ slide into a fullpocketed, high-output, low rpm, tilted index wheel. The unique onepiece articulator automatically corrects all vials to a vertical axis prior to discharging bottles onto an adjoining conveyor. |
